Our Development Model

Sameer Africa’s model is built on an existing industrial foundation — not greenfield development. The Company’s primary site, Nairobi Central Park, already comprises over 750,000 square feet of operational industrial space at high occupancy, providing an income-generating base from which expansion is structured. From this foundation, the development strategy is to layer additional asset classes including Flex Commercial, Data Centre infrastructure, and Retail & Hospitality, onto a shared operational base, improving efficiency and reducing development risk.

Each phase builds on the previous, creating:

  • shared infrastructure
  • integrated demand
  • diversified revenue streams
